It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.

Withdrawl Policy

To withdraw from a Pinnacle Gymnastics program, written notification is required by the third week of the month prior to withdrawal. Notification allows us to make your child’s place available for another child and prevents us from billing you. Failure to notify Pinnacle Gymnastics in writing by or on this date may result in a charge being rendered for the following month.


Make-Up Policy

Pinnacle Gymnastics encourages and welcomes one make-up per month for current members if they miss a class. You may schedule a make-up either before or after a missed class in a paid tuition month. Tuition is based on a monthly basis and payment schedules are outlined on the registration form and also in the schedule brochure. Please call ahead to schedule a make-up. Unscheduled make-ups will not be permitted. Children benefit most from attending their own class regularly. Please help us make our program a positive experience by assuring your child’s regular attendance. Pinnacle Gymnastics will honor make-ups within 60 days of the missed class session and you may only make up ONE MISSED CLASS PER MONTH. Missed make-ups can be rescheduled one time with prior notification of the absence to the office.  We do not allow credits, issue refunds, or transfer tuition for missed classes.
